All orders placed with MidnightAnytimeBlinds.com.au are for custom manufactured products. If for some reason there is an unexpected delay, we will endeavour to let you know of this as soon as possible.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. A flat rate of $48 per blind set will be charged. For example your order 3 sets of blinds therefore the shipping cost will be $144.
Once the courier has collected your order for delivery, we will email you with the tracking number (where available) and estimated delivery date
The delivery date provided is an estimate and is subject to change.
If more than one item is ordered, we may deliver the Goods individually and by different carriers.
All couriers will have the authority to leave your order at the front door or suitable place if you are not home to receive delivery, unless you have provided delivery instructions. If you think you will not be home and do not want your order left, please arrange an alternative such as your work location for delivery.

Where can I find my tracking number? When your items are shipped out, you will receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number. If you haven't received a tracking number or if the tracking number doesn't work, please contact us and we'll solve it!
