Fit the pin bracket — left side first

  1. On a reveal flush mount the motor is always on the right, so the pin goes on the left and the motor-drive bracket on the right.
  2. Fit the left (pin) side first. There are pre-drilled holes for your brackets — put the bracket over them and screw it straight into the reveal, loosely to start.
  3. Use the screw tension to swivel the pelmet flush with the side, then drive a screw through the bracket out to the side — that also pushes the cap hard up against the reveal.

Which side is the pin side?

On a flush mount the motor is always on the right, so the pin bracket is on the left. The pin side is the one without the USB-C charge port on the side track.

If you hit a snag

Bracket won't sit flat against the reveal.

Check the end cap is fully seated. If the reveal isn't square, you'll square it with the spacers later — carry on for now.
