Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Midnight Anytime Blinds collects, uses and discloses personal information. Final legal wording requires review before launch.

1. Who we are

Midnight Anytime Blinds (referred to as “MAB”, “we”, “our” or “us”) sells motorised blackout blind systems in Australia, including DIY kits shipped Australia-wide and professional installation in key metro service areas.

2. Information we collect

We may collect the following types of personal information:

  • Contact details: first name, last name, email, phone number and address details (city, suburb, postcode) you provide through our quote, enquiry and order forms.
  • Property and project details: window measurements, photographs you choose to share, room descriptions and other details you include in your enquiry.
  • Order and cart details: products configured, quantities, configuration choices, and items left in your cart at checkout (used to send abandoned-cart reminders where you have provided your email). Payment is handled by our payment processor — we do not collect or store full card numbers on our systems.
  • Communication records: phone, SMS and email correspondence with our team.
  • Analytics, attribution and tracking data: page views, device and browser type, referral source, landing page, and marketing campaign identifiers (for example UTM parameters and Google/Meta click identifiers such as gclid and fbclid) used to understand how you reached the site and how our advertising performs.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to enquiries, provide quotes, and arrange measure and install visits.
  • Process and fulfil orders, including manufacturing, payment processing, dispatch and installation.
  • Provide customer service and post-purchase support.
  • Send order, transactional and service communications relating to your enquiry or purchase.
  • Send marketing and abandoned-cart communications (including reminders about items left in your cart) where you have consented or where we are otherwise permitted by law. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
  • Measure and improve our products, website, advertising and service, including through analytics and advertising attribution.
  • Meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Sharing your information

We may share your personal information with:

  • Approved service partners who help provide quotes, measure, installation or support — including the Victoria/IntoBlinds partner pathway.
  • Service providers we rely on to run the website and our operations, including hosting (Vercel), our database (Supabase, hosted in Australia), email and marketing automation (Klaviyo), and payment processing (Stripe, via QuoteRite Pay).
  • Analytics and advertising providers, including Google and Meta, who help us measure site performance and the effectiveness of our advertising.
  • Couriers and logistics providers for DIY kit shipping.
  • Where required by law or to protect our rights.

Some of these providers may store or process data outside Australia. Where that occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We do not sell personal information.

5. Cookies and tracking

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics, advertising and site functionality. This includes analytics and advertising tools from Google and Meta, which use cookies and click identifiers to help us understand site usage and measure advertising. See our Cookie, Tracking and Advertising Notice for details and your choices.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your personal information.
  • Withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

7. Data security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Enquiry, lead and order data is stored in our database (Supabase, hosted in Australia), and the website is hosted on Vercel. Card payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe, via QuoteRite Pay); we do not store full card numbers on our systems.

We retain personal information for as long as required to provide our services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
